All of Year 5 and 6 recently travelled to Kingswood Activity Centre in Hexham, Northumberland. They got up to lots of fun activities, such as: 3G Swing, Laser, Jacob's Ladder, Assault Courses and High Equilibrium. As the name suggests, lots of the activities gave children the chance to overcome many of their fears, especially heights!! One girl even had a birthday while she was there and was surprised by a big chocolate cake, yum!! It was a super way for the Year 6's to relax after all the hard work from SATs, so well done to everyone on that score too! Many thanks go to the student teacher and classroom assistant for all their help too!
